Released as BLC6/BLCD6 on lp and cd on Blanc Records, 1992
Keith LeBlanc originally wanted to record two albums, but because he didn't have enough money to put out two records, he recorded one album with two completely different sides. Side A of Time Traveller - with the likes of Talvin Singh, Bim Sherman and Tim Simenon of Bomb The Bass on the guest list - is violent all the way through, with fat beats, whereas the B-side is more laidback and jazzy. "They're both complete entities on their own, in a way", says Keith. "I didn't get the result I wanted, but I got a result that I was really happy with and one that I didn't expect. There were a lot of people that really loved the album. Probably more people that really liked the album than didn't. But there were some people that didn't like it because they loved the first side and then when they got to the second side they didn't have any form of reference for that type of music."
